The Golden Acorn Award (staff member) and Hilltop Hero Award (parent/caregiver volunteer) recognize a person's dedication and service to children and youth.

Hilltop PTSA makes a contribution in the recipient's name to the Washington State PTA Scholarship Program and Foundation for Edmonds School District. From these contributions, WSPTA provides grants to freshmen students entering post-secondary education.
